Both plans include the same 14 day free trial. Your card is not charged until day 15, and we email you three days beforehand.
How billing works
Nothing here is designed to trap you.
Subscriptions aimed at parents have a bad reputation, and most of it is deserved. These are the three things we hold ourselves to.
No surprise charges
We email you three days before the first payment, so the end of the trial does not catch you out. After that, you receive a receipt every time we charge you, with the amount and the date.
Canceling takes one click
No phone call, no chat window, and no offers to change your mind. The button is in your account and it works immediately.
Pausing keeps the world
If your child stops playing for a while, pause instead of canceling. Billing stops, the world is saved exactly as it was, and you can start it again at any time.

Why do you need a card for a free trial?
So the world keeps running on day 15 without you having to remember to do anything, and so the account is opened by an adult with a payment method rather than by a child. You are not charged during the trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
We email you three days before the first charge. If you do nothing, the plan you chose starts on day 15. Cancel before then and you will not be charged.
How do I cancel?
One button in your account. No phone call, no chat window, no retention offers. Canceling stops the next charge, and the world keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What is the difference between pausing and canceling?
Pausing stops billing and saves the world as it is, ready for when your child comes back to it. Canceling ends the subscription, and we delete the world 30 days later.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, in either direction. Switching to yearly credits what you have already paid for the current month against the new plan.
